A MAN WHO HAS ANY TRUST IN WORDS
IS A MAN DOOMED

Yep, That's All There Is To It

One Man said:
"To me life is like a joke--
without an identifiable punch line."

.... O-kay!

Anyone who seeks enlightenment for any reason other than to mentally entertain themselves
is a fool.

In a paper which was never published,
a certain
Doctor of Cleartopotry,
(A designation for which
no information survives)
made the following claim,
based on his independent research:

"The persistent state of knowing-what's-going-on
can result in the inexplicable condition wherein
when the knower's phone rings,
it's allure is filtered out."

WHAT YOU'RE UP AGAINST:
For a man to say and believe that "I think," that
"I am doing the thinking," he must invent an active doer
in his mind to superimpose on the passive activity
that "his thinking" actually is.

THE POSITION YOU'RE ACTUALLY IN
WHEN THIS STRUGGLE YOU BEGIN:

To be normal, a man must hold a general notion of the conditions outside of him as being rather brutish and
stupid--an environmental to be constantly challenged and overcome by the mind inside of him.

A guy showed up at the door playing this game:
"I am not a tree,
I am not a cloud,
I am not my congressman,
and I am not my own bad news--
Who am I?"

And before you could reply he said:
"I'm all of them--
I just think that I'm not
when I talk about it."
