Another
Thing You Can Count On:
One
basis on which you might suspect that someone knows "how
to live"
is that they never tell you how to live.
And a reader inquires:
"I don't guess there's much sense
in me asking you to explain that one
any further, is there?"
T.I.N.O.T.
From man's instinctive view,
there is no "out there,"
only apparently so from his mental one.
If:
If all man's aspects could deal in speech,
and you said the word "choice" to the mind,
it'd jump up and down with joy;
and
If you said it to his nature,
it'd say: "What?"
Thought one knight amidst his Great Search For The Secret,
"If it gets any plainer, I'll drown in it! (I hope, I hope.)"
All of the work done by man
is accomplished via phantom energy.
As
further regards the differences
between the body and the mind:
You can't do without doing,
but you can be conscious
without thinking about it.
You
Be The Judge:
So, pondered a man,
"If the mind had hands;
would it still be the mind?"
If
the individuality of each man consists of no more than the personal activity
within his mind, then every time men would go to sleep, faint, or pass
out, they'd wake up not being who they were previously....
(Or, as Paracelsus once said, "Well, knock me unconscious and
let's see if there's any improvement afterwards.")
