Callin' Your Bluff

At a fairly young age,
this certain kid turned
suddenly to himself and said,
“Okay – I’m callin’ your bluff.”

Within one lifetime, the future of facts is too open-ended, too short, dramatic and abrupt, for facts to HAVE a visible future.

The ruler of one kingdom had a guy with a real loud voice yell out to the people every morning, “Life in the City is gritty and earnest,
so take those sneaky thoughts
and throw ‘em in the furnace!”

There was this one guy who apparently didn’t know the difference between “and” and “but.” (But, it didn’t seem to make any difference, and he did quite nicely.)

The gap between
what you know and
what you don’t know
is filled by what
everybody else knows.
