To back up his demands, the ruler of one City threatened his neighboring state with an “age bomb” which, when dropped would make everyone there get older. The threatened monarch pondered this potential then declared the danger manageable and dismissed the threat, whereupon the first ruler then claimed to have a “new and improved version” of his bomb that would not only cause everyone hit to become older, but would, moreover, make them talk about it incessantly.
